		The good news. Neo-classical mansions from the 19th century sit beside art deco masterpieces of the 20th century. Some are being restored. The bad news. As I walked, I heard and saw pieces randomly fall from several of the hundreds of these beautiful buildings that line the Malecon and weave into the city. Years of neglect will take there toll, will restoration projects be fast enough ?
